Men's Clothing Size Guide Bangladesh — Find Your Perfect Fit
Finding the right clothing size shouldn't be a guessing game. Here's your complete guide to measuring yourself and finding the perfect fit for shirts, panjabis, t-shirts, and trousers in Bangladesh.

Why Getting Your Size Right Matters
Nothing ruins a great outfit like poor fit. A shirt that's too tight across the shoulders, trousers that bunch at the waist, or a panjabi that's too long — these small issues make a big difference in how you look and feel. Taking five minutes to measure yourself properly will save you returns and ensure every piece you buy fits perfectly.
How to Take Your Measurements
For the most accurate measurements, use a soft measuring tape and wear your usual undergarments. It helps to have someone assist you for back and shoulder measurements.
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the ground. Do not pull too tight — leave space for one finger. This is your chest measurement.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Shoulders
Measure from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other, across the back. This is your shoulder width — critical for shirt and panjabi fit.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist bone, with your arm slightly bent. This gives your sleeve length for shirts and panjabis.
Inseam (for Trousers)
Measure from your crotch to the bottom of your ankle on the inside of your leg. This is your inseam length.

What if I'm Between Sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, the general rule is:
- Shirts & Panjabis: Go up a size for comfort. Shirts can be taken in slightly but cannot be let out.
- Trousers: Go up a size — it's easier to take in a waist than to deal with trousers that are too tight.
- T-Shirts: Depends on your preferred fit. If you like a fitted look, go true to size. For a relaxed or oversized fit, go up one size.
